The Global Entrepreneurs and Leaders Academy (GELA) proudly presents the Most Dedicated GELA Administrator Award for 2025 to Mubarak Olaleye, Director of Virtual Event Management, GELA.
Mubarak Olaleye is a people and organisational development professional with over four years of cumulative experience in human resources consulting. He currently serves as an HR Consultant with KPMG Nigeria, where he supports organisations across diverse sectors in addressing complex workforce, talent, and organisational effectiveness challenges. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and brings strong expertise in HR strategy, workforce planning, change management, and people analytics.
Beyond his professional career, Mubarak is deeply committed to social impact and youth development. His passion for sustainable development began during his university years, where he served actively as an SDG advocate. In recognition of his leadership and impact, he was selected as a Millennium Campus Network Fellow in 2019.
At GELA, Mubarak has demonstrated exceptional dedication and leadership as the Director of Virtual Event Management. He has led the execution of monthly virtual webinars reaching over 1,000 youths, focusing on employability, leadership development, and SDG-driven change. He has also played a key role in coordinating GELA’s mentorship programmes, successfully connecting over 300 young people across 13 cohorts from multiple countries with global mentors.
Through his consistency, commitment, and impact-driven leadership, Mubarak Olaleye has exemplified the values of service and excellence that define GELA. This award recognizes his outstanding dedication and invaluable contributions to the Academy in 2025.
