Oleksandra Fomin is an experienced professional who is passionate about sustainable development in business. Possessing solid knowledge and experience in business development, management and leadership, Oleksandra has dedicated her career to building sustainable businesses in Ukraine by helping young people launch brave startups and maintain their sustainability.
Having acquired a Master’s degree in Business Administration at Uzhhorod National University, Oleksandra has a solid academic foundation, complemented by practical experience in developing and launching innovative startups. Her experience consists of helping to develop and maintain strong sustainable business projects, educating young people and conducting workshops, which enables them to become active participants of the Ukrainian market and communities.
Oleksandra’s dedication to the development of Ukrainian youth is evident in her extensive work with the Sustainable Agency, where she led initiatives that contributed to the increase of youth business projects, attracting international and domestic investments. Her notable achievements include the successful creation of Sustainable Agency, a start-up to assess the sustainability of Ukrainian companies; masterminds and training in partnership with the UN, which positively impacted the lives of young Ukrainians. Guided by her belief in a better future for the next generations, Oleksandra strives to create an undeniably sustainable environment where businesses will take care of people, planet and the country’s economy. She strongly supports the development of young entrepreneurs who will have a positive impact on the development and sustainable preservation of their local community and the world.
